1. Service Description

2. Customer Responsibilities
2.1 Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding your move, including the quantity and nature of items to be moved, pick-up and delivery locations, and any specific requirements or restrictions.
2.2 Access and Preparation: You are responsible for ensuring that there is proper access to your property for the Company's moving crew and vehicles. You should also prepare and secure your belongings adequately for transportation, including packing fragile items appropriately.
2.3 Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to your move, including obtaining necessary permits or authorizations, and ensuring that your belongings do not include any prohibited or illegal items.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 Quotation: The Company will provide you with a written quotation for the estimated cost of your move based on the information you provide. The quotation will include details of the services to be provided and any additional charges or fees.
3.2 Payment Terms: Payment for the Company's services is due as per the agreed-upon terms specified in the quotation. Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit may be required before the scheduled move. The remaining balance should be settled upon completion of the move.
3.3 Additional Charges: Additional charges may apply if there are changes or additions to the services originally agreed upon, such as additional packing materials, storage, or additional stops during transportation. Any such additional charges will be communicated to you and must be paid before delivery.
4. Liability and Insurance

However, the Company's liability for loss, damage, or delay is limited under applicable laws and regulations. It is recommended that you obtain adequate insurance coverage for your belongings during the move.

5. Cancellations and Changes
5.1 Cancellation by Customer: If you need to cancel or reschedule your move, you must notify the Company in writing within a reasonable time. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the notice period provided and any costs incurred by the Company.
5.2 Cancellation by Company: The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule your move due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control, such as weather conditions or vehicle breakdowns. In such cases, the Company will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your needs and minimize any inconvenience.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights associated with the Company's services, including trademarks, logos, and content, are the property of the Company or its licensors. You are prohibited from using, reproducing, or modifying any of the Company's intellectual property without prior written consent.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company operates. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
