Kimmi and Alex were amazing!! I had other friends who moved around similar times as me and they used a different moving company but they had horrible experiences. Kimmi and Alex handled everything and made this move a breeze. A downside for me was the large window of time when they could arrive and start the move, but that's just because I love a tight schedule so it is no reason not to still give y'all 5 stars. As a girl who lives in Philly without any family, Kimmi and Alex handled my things with care and were better than if my family was moving my things. They unfortunately were unable to mount my TV at my new apartment due to not having a tool to check for electrical, but I don't mind because I don't even have my wifi set up yet so I can't use it anyway. I could not recommend WellKnown Moving Co more! When it comes to moving in Philly, based off my friend's experience with their moving companies, WellKnown Moving Co is the only way to go!

I had a great experience with WellKnown Moving Company! Stan and Alex were fantastic. They were professional, efficient, and handled all of my furniture and boxes with great care. They worked quickly while making sure everything was protected, and the entire move went smoothly from start to finish. Everything arrived in perfect condition, and they definitely made moving day much less stressful. I will 100% use them again and highly recommend Stan and Alex to anyone looking for reliable movers.

My partner and I moved from Boston to NYC on August 1st and we couldn’t have asked for better service from both sets of movers. They were communicative, assembled our furniture with no fuss, and were efficient. I’d use them again for any interstate or cross country moves! Only thing to be aware of is checking your contracts thoroughly and often. There were a couple times where pricing changed with no notice, but it was quickly rectified by WellKnown staff.

We moved from East Boston to Manhattan NY, and we could not complain at all. They were on time, kind, incredibly careful with our belongings. Easy to book and communicate with and affordable. Would recommend again and again.

I would recommend well known moving very much! Stan and his team took excellent care of us and I would recommend Stan to anyone. All our furniture was well wrapped, delivered exactly as he said it would be time wise and they were very thorough unpacking. The prices are reasonable as well!

Stan and his team arrived promptly and worked very efficiently. They handled our furniture and items so well, we will be using them again!

How do you protect my home and furniture?

The hourly rate for your move includes everything you need for your move! We do not hide our fees, once you receive your quote you will not be surprised to receive additional unexpected costs. Work of movers, fully equipped truck, gasoline, tolls, mileage, loading and unloading, basic assembly and disassembly of furniture - all this is part of our quote. Please note that additional services mean additional costs. Also, long distance moves are serviced on a flat scale. Read more about our prices.

Yes, we offer full-service packing and unpacking. From providing materials to packing and unpacking. Our packers can provide just a portion of the service for you, pack just individual rooms, or help with individual items. All of these are discussed on an individual basis.
