Plan and Customize Your Move

We develop a customized moving plan and determine the timing of the move from or in Austin. At this stage you need to decide whether you are doing the packing yourself or using our professional packing service. If you need additional services or special pricing, we'll find out during the call.

Next, we develop a customized plan for your move. It is determined with moving dates, stops, etc. The moving time depends primarily on the distance: whether it is a local move or a long-distance move.

Loading and Transportation

At the appointed time, our movers arrive at your location in Austin or the nearest suburb. You or a trusted person are present during the work of the movers. Movers pack or immediately pick up your packed items and load them into a truck. If necessary for transportation purposes, our movers disassemble the furniture (this is done for free in WellKnown). We also wrap your furniture in moving blankets for free, at the expense of service, protecting furniture from damage during transportation.
Remember, movers can't take extra people with them. You need to get to the designated location yourself.

Arrange On-Time Delivery & Unpacking

If the service was enabled, the movers will make an additional stop at the storage or any other location (for example, at your parents' or your friends' place, to whom you want to unload some of your belongings). The movers will carefully unload all the items and place them in the agreed places. Movers will also assemble the furniture.

Post-Move Support

Afterward, we are available to provide counseling and help with any questions you may have after the move of your house. If you find your belongings missing or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will solve everything!
