They showed up on time They showed up on time. Incredibly polite. My husband and I barely finished packing so they were patient with us while we finished some items. They took down TVs and everything was wrapped securely. They had to deal with our power going out while moving out of a condo and still kept going. Got to the house, unloaded and we were all set. Will and his crew did an outstanding job moving our stuff recently. He let me know ahead of time when he’d be there. They wrapped everything really well. They used pads and then a sticky wrap around the pads to lock it in place for bigger items. None of our belongings were damaged. They were very generous and great at what they do. Plan and Customize Your Move

Loading and Transportation

At the appointed time, our movers arrive at your location in Austin or the nearest suburb. You or a trusted person are present during the work of the movers. Movers pack or immediately pick up your packed items and load them into a truck. If necessary for transportation purposes, our movers disassemble the furniture (this is done for free in WellKnown). We also wrap your furniture in moving blankets for free, at the expense of service, protecting furniture from damage during transportation.
Remember, movers can't take extra people with them. You need to get to the designated location yourself.

Arrange On-Time Delivery & Unpacking

If the service was enabled, the movers will make an additional stop at the storage or any other location (for example, at your parents' or your friends' place, to whom you want to unload some of your belongings). The movers will carefully unload all the items and place them in the agreed places. Movers will also assemble the furniture.

Post-Move Support

Afterward, we are available to provide counseling and help with any questions you may have after the move of your house. If you find your belongings missing or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will solve everything!
