Since you are using a white glove moving service, packing will be included in the move. We use the finest and premium materials for packing. The packers will arrive at the move or most likely a day or two days before the move and do the packing.
Then we move straight to the final location or make a stop at the storage, if this service has been purchased. We carefully unload all your belongings, leave them in the pre-agreed locations and collect the furniture. We also help unpack all items.

Great moving service. The actual movers crew were very efficient and professional. Though the scheduling team didnt plan properly to allow them enough time with the moves and so they were many hours late, the actual crew was amazing. The fact that they had a bigger move job in the morning and it delayed them before my move they didn't show that when helping with my move. Thanks to the crew so much! The office and scheduling team needs to be better though. Because my move window was for three hours and I waited over half that time before calling to see when they were coming and the office was not even sure. They should be checking with the crew and if behind schedule, which happens all the time with moves so it's understandable, but you need to inform your clients and customers. You cant just say i dont know and not be apologetic or offer to get it sorted. However again the crew was great and i highly recommend and will use them again probably for my next move.

Our pricing is based on an hourly rate with 15-minute increments, and the cost varies depending on the size of the moving crew required. The hourly rate covers the movers, a fully-equipped truck, gas, tolls, mileage, basic insurance, and is free from any hidden fees.
A minimum of 30 minutes additional travel time is added to all jobs. This accounts for 15 minutes for our movers to reach your address from our parking lot, and another 15 minutes to return after the move is completed.
