Two people showed up in a U-Haul truck much too small for our move. The move was severely delayed, far beyond our quote, because they were unprofessional and showed up with inadequate equipment, causing the price to skyrocket. They showed no care for our furniture, damaging almost every single piece we owned, some beyond repair. They repeatedly cursed and screamed in a different language during the move. Once they left, we filed an insurance claim right away for the extensive damage to our property and to both buildings. It took two weeks to even get instructions from them on the claim. It has now been forty days of silence. We cannot get written acknowledgment of the claim.
