Plan and Customize Your Move

We develop a customized long-distance moving plan and determine the timing of the move. At this stage you need to decide whether you are doing the packing yourself or using our professional packing service. If you need additional services or special pricing, we'll find out during the call.

Loading and Transportation

On the appointed day and time, we arrive at the location. If a packing service has been arranged, we carry out the packing on the same day or a day or several days in advance of the move. We load all the things into the truck, wrapping and disassembling the furniture beforehand. The presence of the customer during this process is highly desirable.

Arrange On-Time Delivery & Unpacking

Then we move straight to the final location or make a stop at the storage, if this service has been purchased. We carefully unload all your belongings, leave them in the pre-agreed locations and collect the furniture. If arranged, we help unpack all items.

Post-Move Support

Afterward, we are available to provide counseling and help with any questions you may have after the move of your house. If you find your belongings missing or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will solve everything!

One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. WellKnown Moving moved my scheduled arrival from 12 PM to 5 PM, then showed up and refused to complete my move on the day I had to move out. One mover had a bad attitude from the moment he walked in. His partner was ready to start moving my belongings, but he told him no. They said they needed a third mover, and I agreed. Then they said packing would take too much time, so I removed packing from the request and asked them to move only the large items, including my bed and couch. Even after I accommodated every concern they raised, they still refused and canceled on the spot. After waiting all day, I was left scrambling at 5 PM with no movers and a move out deadline that same day. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. I would never hire WellKnown Moving again or recommend them to anyone.

Will and his crew did an outstanding job moving our stuff recently. He let me know ahead of time when he’d be there. They wrapped everything really well. They used pads and then a sticky wrap around the pads to lock it in place for bigger items. None of our belongings were damaged. They were very generous and great at what they do. I’d highly recommend him and this company again.

Moved our daughter from NJ to Philadelphia. picked them based on reviews and they did not disappoint. Communication was great several reminders sent prior to move. Adam & Alex arrived on time they handled my daughter’s belongings with great care as they loaded items on the truck. The transition went very smoothly. The price was just right for the amount of time to move items. They were very friendly and polite. I would highly recommend!

Alexandr and his crew did an amazing job! They wrapped all the furniture, they were extremely quick and very organized. They disassembled and reassembled big pieces (sofa and dining room table) and assembled a brand new bed frame as well as new barstools. I am thrilled with how easy they made the moving process for me. I highly recommend them!
