The first step: is to fill out the form, after which our manager will contact you for a free consultation. We answer any questions and tell you the estimated cost for your move. We develop a customized long-distance moving plan and determine the timing of the move. At this stage you need to decide whether you are doing the packing yourself or using our professional packing service. If you need additional services or special pricing, we'll find out during the call.
On the appointed day and time, we arrive at the location. If a packing service has been arranged, we carry out the packing on the same day or a day or several days in advance of the move. We load all the things into the truck, wrapping and disassembling the furniture beforehand. The presence of the customer during this process is highly desirable.
Then we move straight to the final location or make a stop at the storage, if this service has been purchased. We carefully unload all your belongings, leave them in the pre-agreed locations and collect the furniture. If arranged, we help unpack all items.
Afterward, we are available to provide counseling and help with any questions you may have after the move of your house. If you find your belongings missing or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will solve everything!

Great moving service. The actual movers crew were very efficient and professional. Though the scheduling team didnt plan properly to allow them enough time with the moves and so they were many hours late, the actual crew was amazing. The fact that they had a bigger move job in the morning and it delayed them before my move they didn't show that when helping with my move. Thanks to the crew so much! The office and scheduling team needs to be better though. Because my move window was for three hours and I waited over half that time before calling to see when they were coming and the office was not even sure. They should be checking with the crew and if behind schedule, which happens all the time with moves so it's understandable, but you need to inform your clients and customers. You cant just say i dont know and not be apologetic or offer to get it sorted. However again the crew was great and i highly recommend and will use them again probably for my next move.

Aibek and his team(s) in Boston and New York made this move easier than I ever could’ve imagined. They moved oversized and delicate furniture from two pickup locations to one drop off on a major street in New York and came in below any other quote we had by a good amount. Communicated well in the days leading up to and on the day of the move. Definitely worth it!
