Our crews regularly travel along I-85 and I-95, giving us extensive experience with long-distance moves between DC and North Carolina. Thanks to efficient route planning, moving from Washington to Charlotte usually takes only one to two days.
Whether you are moving to Uptown Charlotte, South End, Ballantyne, or Huntersville, we ensure a smooth and convenient process. We also handle moves from Charlotte back to Washington, DC.
Our service area includes not only Charlotte but also nearby cities such as Gastonia, Concord, Mooresville, and Rock Hill, SC. Wherever you're moving, our team will get the job done carefully and professionally.
We are familiar with local regulations in Washington, such as loading permits and elevator reservations, as well as requirements in Charlotte, including parking permits and certificates of insurance for condominium buildings.
Each move is supervised by an experienced team leader with at least three years of long-distance moving experience. All of our employees are trained in the safe packing, lifting, and handling of heavy or fragile items. Our movers are equipped with all the necessary tools and equipment to ensure your belongings are transported safely.
Before the move, we will contact you to confirm how many rooms or items are being moved, whether you need packing materials or furniture disassembly, and whether you have any special requests, such as transporting antiques, artwork, or electronics.
Based on your needs, we will create a customized moving plan — from small item-only moves to a comprehensive service that includes packing, unpacking, and storage. For smaller loads, shipment consolidation may be available to help reduce costs.
We offer flat-rate pricing, so minor changes such as extra flights of stairs or small route adjustments will not increase the final cost. Exceptions apply to particularly heavy or specialty items, such as pianos, safes, or refrigerators.
Every move includes basic valuation coverage at no extra charge, so your belongings are always protected. A refundable deposit is required to reserve your date, and if you cancel at least two weeks in advance, it will be refunded in full.
