If necessary, we remove doors, use cranes or lifting mechanisms, and protect all surfaces during the process.

Our crews regularly work in high-rise buildings and residential complexes, provide COIs (certificates of insurance), protect elevators with soft panels, and comply with all HOA or building rules. If stairs or elevators not available, we can safely remove items through windows or balconies with the help of licensed crane operators.

We also plan ahead for moves in downtown Raleigh and other busy areas to avoid delays with parking or loading. Each item is carefully cataloged, packed, and placed in a secure, temperature- and humidity-controlled facility — your valuables will remain in perfect condition until delivery or installation.

The price of art and antique moving depends on several factors: size, weight, fragility of items, and access conditions in both locations. For local moves, we offer hourly rates based on access or a not-to-exceed estimate, and for long-distance moves, we offer a fixed price.
