Vlad, Yulian, and Artem did an amazing job!! We hired them to get everything out of our 2-bedroom 3rd-floor walk-up. They worked efficiently without a break to get it all packed extremely well in our truck, and they made sure all of our furniture was protected. And the price was very fair. 1 Star is too much for this company, if I could give 0 I would. DO NOT USE. For context, we used them for packing and for moving. 1) Packing was not good. Packers told us they were all done and stuff was all ready for the move. When the moving team arrived, they marveled at how much was not packed, and asked us why we did not fully pack and were surprised to hear it was their own company responsible for packing 2) grossly underestimated estimate - seemed like a bait and switch. They estimated 6-8 hours for a move that took 15 hours. Double the price. They did provide a partial refund which was appropriate. LOOK AT OTHER REVIEWS YOU WILL SEE THIS IS A PATTERN. 3) Did not send enough movers or a big enough truck. The movers themselves said it should have been 4-5 people for the job, not the 3 they sent. The movers themselves were great, but there just were not enough of them. LOOK AT OTHER REVIEWS YOU WILL SEE THIS IS A PATTERN. the kicker... They put my rugs on my porch (not what I asked for). And then on their way out, they dumped all their food garbage on top of the rugs. I woke up to an ant infestation all over my rugs, rendering them unusable. When I called to get reimbursed, they blocked my number.
